Her Modern Health, LLC is your private health archive and daily practice. We built this page the way we build the app: in plain language, without hedging. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will fix the words.
Your account details, plus the labs, body scans, progress photos, meals, and daily logs you choose to add. Nothing about your body is collected passively. If you did not put it in, we do not have it. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.
Your records live in our secured cloud database and file storage, encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security is enforced on every table and every private file, which is a plain way of saying the database itself refuses to hand back your rows or your files to anyone but your account.
You. Your progress photos, labs, and scans are never visible to other members, never shown publicly, never sold, and never shared with advertisers. A strictly limited operational level of access exists so a small trusted team can run and support the service. We only look when we have to, and only at what we need to fix the problem in front of us.
When you use features like plate scanning or lab reading, the image or document is sent to an AI service solely to generate your results in that moment. Your content is not used to train AI models, ours or theirs. Your progress photos are never processed, analyzed, or read by AI. Not now, not ever. They sit in your Vault, and only you can open them.
Only what you choose to put on your community profile (name, photo, city, bio) is visible to other members, and only if you opt in to discovery. Your logs, labs, scans, and photos stay private no matter what your community profile shows.
You can delete any individual photo or record inside the app at any time. You can request full account deletion by writing to hello@theknownstandard.com. We complete deletion within 30 days, removing your profile, uploads, logs, and progress photos together. Deleted files are removed from storage, not just hidden from the interface.
We use cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No third-party advertising cookies.
